Returns and Refund Policy

DAMAGED PRODUCTS, DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED PRODUCT

You must notify us within 14 days of dispatch of the items. We will arrange for our courier to collect the product at our cost. We will then replace the product with another copy of the same product ordered and will courier it to you free of charge.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Send us an email to orders@aosis.co.za

2. Put the packing slip and the invoice with the product and include a brief note in before sealing the parcel.

4. Once we received the returned item, we will inspect it. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. On approval - we will refund your money (the cost of the product not the shipping costs) as soon as we have received one of the required refund documents. 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We will refund the product via EFT. In order to perform a refund we would require one of the following from you:

  • Stamped bank confirmation letter on the bank's letterhead

  • Client bank statement showing the client's name and account details

  • Canceled cheque

Please send the above together with your order number to orders@aosis.co.za.

CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your order within 72 hours of placing the order. If you have already paid the order then we will refund it as per above.

Please note that AOSIS offers free courier on orders over an amount of R500. Should you cancel an item on your order, and the value drops below the R500, then courier fees will come into effect.
